Electronic Billing Overview

DELPHI32 contains the ability to submit your insurance claims electronically.  This is done through a clearinghouse called 'National EDI' that allows you to submit your claims to over 2500 insurance companies throughout the United States.

The discussion of electronic billing can become somewhat involved as there are literally hundreds of different methods by which electronic billing can be accomplished.  Our primary concern is that our customers have a method that actually works.  

Since we have been in this business for over 20 years, we have also had the unfortunate experience of dealing with multiple companies that promised great service and then delivered far less, changed their rates, were bought or sold, or simply went bankrupt.  The good news is that we have been working with National EDI for close to 10 years with great success.
