Box 24f - Charges

Box 24f contains that charge for each session.  This information is entered when you Record a Session.  

Several factors affecting the charge associated with each session are outlined below:

• You record charges for individual sessions when you Record a Session.
• You may edit charges for past sessions in the Session History screen.
• The default charge associated with each procedure code can be modified in the Procedure Code Setup screen.
• You can override the default charge associated with a procedure code on a client by client basis by setting a Unique Fee in the Client Medical Information screen.
