Box 24d - Modifier

Box 24d actually consists of three different items.

• The first is the actual procedure code used during the session described in the section Box24d - CPT.
• The second is a two character modifier (described on this page.)
• The third is a "brief" description of the procedure code and is described in the section labeled Box24d - Description.

This section describes the second item which is the modifier.

The modifier (if needed) is entered when you Record a Session.  Modifiers may also be edited for past sessions in the Session History Screen.
