Box 24e - Diagnosis Code

Box24e contains a reference (by number) to Box21 which contains the actual diagnostic codes.  

Some insurance companies vary on this scheme.  You may specify other methods of filling out this box by referencing the Insurance Company Setup screen for an individual carrier.
