Box 24g - Days or Units

Box 24g contains the Days or Units associated with the procedure code for an individual session.

• The default Days or Units associated with a procedure code are defined in the Procedure Code Setup screen.  In most cases, this value is 1.00.
• As you Record a Session, you may change the value for Days or Units on a case by case basis.
• You may edit the Days or Units for past sessions in the Session History screen.
• When you edit the Days or Units while Recording a Session or Editing a past session in the Session History screen, DELPHI32 will perform the appropriate math against the charge for the session.  For example, if 90806 has a $100.00 charge with Days or Units set to "1.00" and you edit the Days or Units to "2.00", DELPHI32 will change the default charge of $100.00 to $200.00.
