Assessments Overview
An assessment is simply a term used to describe a predefined outline or framework of questions or information that you can design in any format you choose. Examples of assessments might include a drug and alcohol questionnaire, family structure, intake evaluation, anger questionnaire, or anything else that you may find useful. The general term "assessment" is simply how DELPHI32 refers to this part of the program, but you are free to use this feature in any manner you choose.
Assessments are defined in the Assessment Setup Screen where you design your assessments. You have the ability to define an unlimited number of different assessments.
Once you have defined an assessment, you can attach that assessment to the client account in the Client Assessments Screen.
