Notes and DELPHI Overview
DELPHI32 allows you to keep notes on a client in several different categories and levels. These levels break down into the areas listed below. A brief description of each type of note is provided. Detailed information about each type of note can be obtained by clicking on the appropriate link.
- Client General Notes - General Notes are not related to a specific session but to the overall account of the client. They can include things like the benefit information for a client's insurance plan, a record of telephone calls made to the client or an insurance company or any other pertinent information you need to keep for future reference. This information can also be printed out.
- Managed Care Notes - If you wish to track managed care for an individual client, you also have the option of keeping notes related to your dealings with the managed care organization.
- Assessments - When you select a client and enter the Client Information screen (F2 or double click the client's name) you have various options under the five tabs that run across the top of the screen. The second tab is titled Assessments. Here you can enter any assessment information you have for the client. Like the General Notes, this is not date of service specific but rather just client specific. Examples of information you may enter here would be dates and scores of different assessments given to the client. Predefined Assessments can be entered in the Assessments Setup screen.
